Q: Can I select what my arrangement looks like? How will I know what kind of flowers are in my arrangement?

A: You won’t — and that’s part of the fun. 🌼 Each arrangement is a seasonal surprise, designed with whatever’s freshest and most beautiful that month. No two are ever quite the same, but they all follow our signature style: bright, joyful, and low on filler foliage. Trust us, it’s like a love note from Summer every time. But, if you feel very strongly that there's a certain flower or color you don't want to see- let us know in the comments section at checkout! 

Q:  What if I want to cancel my plan?

A: No problem at all! Cancel anytime before your next payment is processed by emailing us at support@lovesummerflowers.com

Q: What does delivery cost? Are there any other fees?

A: Nothing extra — seriously. Our prices are all-inclusive, so what you see is what you pay. No added delivery fees, no surprise charges.

Q: What time will my flowers be delivered?

A: All deliveries will be made between 8am and 8pm on your scheduled delivery date, which will be confirmed via email after each processed payment.

Q:  Do my arrangements come with a vase?

A: Yes! At no extra charge. If you return your vase when we deliver your next arrangement, we'll give you $5 off your next delivery.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We serve the greater Columbus area. To verify your zip code before placing an order, use our delivery zone verification tool below.

Q: How large will my arrangements be?

A: Arrangements will be on the larger side, with between 25 and 30 stems in each one.
